An annoying seasonal cold kept me away from my beloved internet activities... but I come back in force with THE news all the French-reading fans were surely awaiting: a French release of Iiki no Ki has been announced! No official date yet though, and this time the publisher will be Pika. This change was to be expected, as the historical Kaori Yuki French publisher Tonkam works preferably with some other publishers while Pika is closer to Kodansha, the current publisher of Iiki no Ki. Now we have to hope the translators from Pika will be skilled enough for the somewhat twisted ideas of our sensei and that the covers will benefit from the same care as Tonkam usually puts into his shoujo collection...
